I offer online counselling using video software.

Video Counselling
I find that video works well for remote working for the counselling approach I use, better than phone for example, it helps to have visual cues as well as your voice to work with.
Online counselling has the advantage that therapy takes place in the comfort of your own home so you choose the location to use it. Counselling is available if you live anywhere and some people find a private room at work to use for counselling sessions. It is also an advantage if you have mobility issues, health problems or issues that make travel difficult.
Online counselling has the disadvantage of not being very private if you live in a shared house or want to talk about someone you live with. In that case you might want to come in-person for counselling.
I now only use Zoom for video counselling. It is fairly simple to use, preserves confidentiality well, is well designed and my experience is that it is very reliable. However, if you need to use a different system, get in touch to discuss it. I’m quite technically minded so can adapt to other systems.
